This course is aimed at upper management employees who want to become more successful in communication with their colleagues. We will focus on communicative skills, management skills, self-presentation and different types of thinking. Emotional intelligence is the key to the future and that you can’t be successful in that future with only basic hard skills that you acquire with a college degree. This course will allow you to jumpstart your emotional intelligence and to become more confident and productive in your everyday tasks.
